How to Make Blueberry Chicken
For the Chicken
Blueberry Chicken can be grilled or baked. Honestly, any way your prefer to cook chicken works.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the grill and cover.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes each side.
- Remove chicken from the grill when the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
Baked Chicken:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with cooking spray
- Bake the chicken breasts for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let sit for 2 minutes
For the Blueberry Sauce
- Heat saucepan over low heat
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the pan
- Wash blueberries and place in pan
- Add syrup, rosemary, and brown sugar. Stirring often.
- Add a sprinkle of salt
- Top with lemon zest
- Stir until a few blueberries pop, which should only take a few minutes
